Civil servants from education, health and electricity sectors joined the anti-coup rally in Mohnyin Township in Kachin State on February 10th.

These civil servants have joined the civil disobedience movement as they no longer want to work under the military government.

The protestors chanted “Election result is the will of the people”, “we are against the military dictatorship”, “May the military dictatorship may collapse”, and “We wish detained State Counsellor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi good health”.
