The junta's security forces assaulted and arrested two persons with mental disorders in Phayaskhan village Mindat Township of Chin State on June 10th.

The military beating of U Mann Maung Har 47, with a mental disorder, caused injuries to his head and leg, while his hands were tied behind his back.

The SAC soldiers also shot at and wounded Daw Gay Sein Nyein, 63, with mental health problems. She sustained injuries to her thigh and calf, according to a statement by the Mindat-Civil Defense Force.

Soldiers entered Phayasakhan village. As they shot Daw Gay Sein Nyein as she told them not to remove the solar panel installed on the roof of the house.

Both of them were only able to receive medical treatment only on June 14th as the CDF got the information about them on June 13th.

Luckily they are not in serious condition, according to Mindat-CDF.
