Salai Kyaw Moe — Ink has leaked on some ballots in Kanpetlet in the Chin State, according to U Hone Man, leadr of the Non-aligned Observation Group.

In some cases, only half of the seals can be seen on the ballots and the polling station officer have told the voters that they will record the incidents, U Hone Man said.

The polling station officer told the voters that they will consider it as a valid vote if the seal is only stamped once even though only half of it can be seen in the ballot.

U Hone Man told BNI Election Newsroom that the polling station officer said caution will be taken in counting these ballots in the evening.
