During his visit, he also spoke to the families of military officers in the area.
The senior general has instructed the military personnel to effectively utilize all military skills and ammunition during his visit to Loikaw, a town in Karenni (Kayah) State.

During his speech, Vice Senior General Soe Win emphasized that military personnel have a 24- hour responsibility in carrying out national duties, and that they must accurately apply the military skills taught by the military in carrying out security operations and duties, as well as making full and effective use of their weapons and ammunition equipment.
