UPDJC meeting held

The 18th meeting of Myanmar's Union Peace Dialogue Joint Committee (UPDJC) was held on Thursday in capital Nay Pyi Taw, Xinhua reported.

The meeting discussed the approval of the framework for political dialogue, terms of reference (ToR), standard operation procedure (SOP) and to hold national political dialogues and working committee meetings by sector as well as the 21st Century Panglong Conference before April 2020.

The officials from the government, military and parliament, the representatives from the ethnic armed groups and political parties were present at the Thursday meeting.
