Sai Aung Myo Lwin — The Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) has been allegedly handing out cold drinks to voters and urging them to vote for their party only 1,000 yards from Polling Station 39 in Myothit Ward, Momauk Township, Kachin State. They started canvassing for votes since polling stations opened at 6 am until 9 am.

“They only dispersed after the Tailai (Red Shan) Nationalities Development Party’s (TNDP) chairman reported to the commission,” said U Kyaw Oo, a candidate for TNDP running for Shan Affairs Minister in Kachin State.
