Myanmar’s police have seized over 14.2 kg of crystal methamphetamine (Ice) in Tanintharyi region, Xinhua reported.

Ice worth over 568.16 million kyats (378,773 U.S. dollars) was found buried in a garden in the township, the report said.

Meanwhile, soap boxes filled with 2.4 kg of heroin worth 192.7 million kyats (128,480 U.S. dollars) were confiscated from a car travelling from Waingmaw to Myitkyina when the car was intercepted at a checkpoint in Waingmaw township, Kachin state.
