Chiang Mai (Mizzima) - While over 500 prisoners were released from Rangoon’s notorious Insein prison, only over a dozen of them were political prisoners.
Among the released, sources said, are a journalist – Eint Khine Oo – of the Ecovision Journal.
During a press briefing on Friday at the notorious Insein prison, Director of the Prison Directorate told reporters that Burma has no political prisoners.
