U San Shwe, office clerk for Kila Dong (Do Cheeradan) village, was reportedly angry with his manager U Kyi San for stealing his wage. After confronting him on several occasions, U San Shwe allegedly took his revenge by going to his residence to attack him. It was there that he reportedly struck his superior in the head with the screwdriver, claimed an anonymous officer.

During the melee the angry clerk reportedly chased his manager around his residence before several officers from Township Administration and Land survey arrived at the scene and intervened. One of the officers that tried to break up the quarrel was also injured. He was sent to the hospital for treatment, said the anonymous source.

Witnesses said the two men have had problems with each other for long time. Others speculated the fighting could have been affected by a recent incident in Kila Dong.
