The seven resistance groups fighting the Junta based in Mon State, conducted a solemn oath-taking ceremony to pledge total commitment to achieve their goal to oust the coup-regime.
Primarily stationed in the southern region of Ye Township in Mon State, the resistance forces reaffirmed their commitment to the people, vowing to persist in the fight for freedom until the very end.
According to a representative from the Mon State Revolutionary Force (MSRF), the ceremony took place at 9:00 am on November 30th in an undisclosed location within a liberated area.
During the ceremony, besides MSRF, other participating groups included the Dorna Military Column, Dorna 3rd Division of Ye Guerrilla Force (YGF), 1st Battalion of the All Burma Students' Democratic Front (ABSDF), Ye Defense Force (YAF), Ye Air Force (YAF), and Mon State Revolutionary Organization (MSRO), all of whom joined in making a collective vow.
The seven resistance forces pledged to enhance their collaboration by executing operations under a unified chain of command (COC) and standing together in battle until their goals were accomplished. They pledged to persevere with disciplined solidarity, and never surrender to the enemy.
