A close close to the family said, “Military Council troops arrived at the residence of Ma Kyain Duan Kain in Munlaing Ward, Kalay township, around 4:00 p.m. They abducted her 60-year-old sick mother and disabled niece, who were present in the house, and sealed it. The house only has women, as the father and older brother are striving to support the family elsewhere. The mother is unwell and has a weak leg, while her brother’s daughter is unable to speak.
