The clashes between Katha-PDF and joint KIA and the Military Council troops killed nearly 180 Military Council troops in four days according to a statement of KPDF on July 10.
Due to the attack on their temporary base, the KPDF retaliated and the fighting lasted for four days with Brigade 88, Battalions 304, and 309 of Military Council troops.
In addition to the infantry clashes, the fighting also involved naval attacks by Military Council and the mine attacks and artillery shelling broke out.
There were airstrikes by the Military Council.
During the four-day clashes, there were three deaths in KPDF, and three have not been contacted yet.
